Acknowledgements:
Acknowledgements of each order are provided to the customer. · Any extra charges not listed in catalog will be listed on acknowledgement.

Artwork:
All art is computer generated. · Art charges are based on $46.00 per hour. · Color paper proofs: $10.00

Cancellations:
All orders canceled after art layouts will be invoiced for art charges. All orders canceled after the start of production will be liable for costs incurred. · All orders canceled after the completion of the order will be invoiced at full charge.

Less than Minimums:
All quantities listed are our minimums.

Credit/Terms
Credit references are required to establish open account status. · Open account customers have 30 day net terms. · "Cash with order" customers must submit pre-payment with order. · Production scheduling will not begin until credit issues are settled.

Orders:
All prices, specifications and terms of sale in this catalog are subject to change without notice. · Phone orders requiring imprint must be confirmed in writing by fax. · Trademark will not accept responsibility for corrections of verbal orders. · To ensure exact duplication of orders, include Trademark order number and date of order.

Packaging:
All products provided by Trademark Golf are available for several packaging options. Call Trademark for request and requirements.

Overruns & Underruns:
We reserve the right to over ship/under ship 5% and invoice accordingly.

Production Period:
Most orders for plastic merchandise can be produced in 4 weeks or less. · Most orders for metal merchandise can be produced in 4-6 weeks. Contact Trademark for project completion schedule.

Proofs
Black & white paper proof, billed at cost. · Color proofs: $10.00. Actual product proofs: cost of all set ups, dies & molds plus shipping and handling.

Returns:
Trademark must authorize before returns will be accepted.

Shipping:
Trademark will ship according to customer's routing instructions whenever possible. · Purchase orders not indicating specific routing will be shipped according to our best judgement. · Trademark cannot be responsible for carrier or en route delays. · All merchandise is shipped from point of origin.

Event Dated Orders:
Clearly specify exact ship date and shipping method required on order "ship to arrive by" or "in the hands date" must be listed on all events orders. · If requirements are within production capacity, orders will be processed and no rush charges will apply. · Please allow air shipment when necessary.
